To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors
Coastal Seniors
We serve seniors, aged 60+, their spouses and caregivers regardless of age, and disabled people living with seniors. Our service area runs along the 50+ miles along the coast from Irish Beach to Timber Cove and inland to Annapolis.
Our missionis to help identify the needs of seniors in our coastal communities and to provide programs and services designed to promote their well-being.
Volunteer drivers pick meals up from our congregate site on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Each driver is assigned a route by our Coordinator; each route includes, on average, 5-6 seniors’ homes. Volunteer drivers must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance to participate.
Dine in Set up & Break Down: Every Tuesday we host in house senior lunches. This is a lovely opportunity to set up for the lunch-in, spend time with our seniors & help break down and clean up.
