Friendly Visitors
Are you an older adult who would like to have a local visitor to share
conversation, share a cup of coffee, play a game of cards, and/or take a walk with? Do
you like crafts, reading or doing puzzles? Do you know of someone who is
homebound, lonely and could use some companionship? If so,
Friendly Visitor volunteers, visit with older adults who need companionship,
support, and socialization in the comfort of their own homes.
A Coastal Seniors’ Friendly Visitor could be the right fit for you or your loved one.
All our Friendly Visitors have had a background check. The visits give the
homebound senior a sense of connection to the world around them.
Coastal Seniors is actively looking for new Friendly Visitor volunteers.
Please give us a call if you know of an older adult who would benefit from this
program or if you would like to become a Friendly Visitor!!
