Meals On Wheels:
One meal per day is provided through our home-delivered meal program to homebound seniors. Help can be short term, such as after surgery, or ongoing. The meals are meant to augment the nutritional needs of homebound seniors or people with disabilities living with them or an aide/caregiver. This should only be a supplementary part of a regular diet. Fresh, hot meals are delivered Monday thru Wednesday. Frozen meals are also delivered on Monday and Wednesday. Clients can request meals on a more limited basis than one per day. The suggested donation is $5 per meal. Sign up for Meals on Wheels with Brenda at Phone: (707) 882- 2137 or Email: mowcoordinator@coastalseniors.org
